Because our products are personalized and made with care, we generally do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is an issue from our side. 🌷✨💌

Eligible Returns

• Returns are accepted within 9 days of delivery

• ₹90 flat fee for return shipping

• No restocking fee

• Final sale items are not eligible for return

• If you refuse delivery, we’ll reach out to confirm the reason. Once confirmed, shipping charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded within 24 hours. 

Our Responsibility

If the issue is due to our mistake, return shipping is completely free, and we will arrange the return or replacement.

This includes:

• Damaged products

• Defective items

• Incorrect items sent
